Reservation and Payment:
- To secure your reservation, a deposit may required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- We accept payment via Bank transfer, Cash at the time of arrival or Credit card.
Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time from 13:00-00:00. You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

- The maximum occupancy for each studio is 2 adults.
- Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and subject to additional charges.
Pets:
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Smoking Policy:
- Themelina Studios is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studios and common areas.
Damages and Losses:
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
- A security deposit may be required upon check-in, refundable upon inspection of the studio upon check-out.
Amenities:
- Studios are equipped with full amenities. Please read the amenities section on the rooms page.
- Additional amenities, such as baby cots or extra beds, may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Housekeeping:
- Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.
- Bed linens are changed every 3 days.
- Towels are replaced as needed.
Guest Conduct:
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow guests.
- Excessive noise and disturbances will not be tolerated.
